Through an 8-day program, your tween will learn and practice the 7 Habits for Happy Kids to increase intentionality over their emotions. Using mindfulness practices and structured learning activities, they will learn to become more in alignment with the needs of those around them, both in school and at home.

We all want our tweens to be successful. This program will help them identify and build on habits that can help them achieve their goals. We are giving them tips and tools throughout the sessions together.
